SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We ship nationwide across South Africa using reputable courier partners with tracking and insurance capabilities. We serve South African customers only and do not currently offer international shipping.

1. PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME
Because our boutique baby items are lovingly handmade to order in small batches here in Wellington, each order requires dedicated production time before it is dispatched:
• Standard Made-to-Order Items: Orders are processed and handcrafted within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Custom or Personalized Embroidered Items: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for creation.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
We offer the following courier options at checkout:

• Pudo Locker Delivery: R89 (Allows you to collect your parcel from a convenient Pudo locker near you).
• Aramex Door Delivery: R140
• The Courier Guy Door Delivery: R195
• Express Overnight Door Delivery: R249 (Available for next-business-day delivery to major centres).
• Free Shipping: R0 (Applied automatically at checkout on all orders over R1400).

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary by courier and destination after your order has been dispatched from our workshop:
• Major Centres: 2–5 business days.
• Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days.
• Express Overnight: 1 business day (Major centres only).

4. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY & ORDER TRACKING
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery directly on the courier's website. 

All orders are shipped with full end-to-end tracking. As the merchant, we accept full responsibility for your package until it is safely delivered to your address or selected locker. If your parcel appears lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@lullaveboutique.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue directly with the courier on your behalf.
