Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We ship nationwide across South Africa using reputable courier partners with tracking and insurance capabilities.

Shipping Options & Rates We offer the following courier options at checkout:

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by courier and destination but are typically 2–5 business days after dispatch for major centres, and 3–7 business days for outlying areas. Express Overnight delivery is available for next-business-day delivery to major centres.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over R650, applied automatically at checkout.

Pudo Locker Delivery Pudo locker delivery allows you to collect your parcel from a convenient Pudo locker near you. This is our most affordable shipping option at R75.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. We serve South African customers only.

Shipping Responsibility Once your order has been handed to the courier, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. We make use of reputable courier companies with tracking and insurance capabilities. We take no responsibility for theft or losses incurred during the shipment process. If your parcel appears lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@lullaveboutique.com and we will assist in lodging a query with the courier on your behalf.

Order Tracking Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery directly on the courier's website.
